Sociální služby města Trutnova přijmou tři nové pracovníky/pracovnice v sociálních službách – pečovatele/pečovatelky.Pomáháme lidem zvládat každodenní život v jejich domácím prostředí. Hledáme spolehlivé kolegy s dobrým vztahem k lidem, kteří zvládnou samostatnou práci i spolupráci v týmu.CO VÁS ČEKÁ• Pomoc klientům s hygienou, oblékáním, stravováním a běžnými činnostmi.• Podpora soběstačnosti, komunikace s klienty a rodinami, záznamy o péči.• Ranní a odpolední směny ve všední dny i o víkendech: 6:00–14:30 a 12:30–21:00.CO OD VÁS OČEKÁVÁME• Minimálně středoškolské vzdělání s maturitou, trestní bezúhonnost.• Řidičský průkaz sk. B (aktivní řidič/ka), základní práci na PC.• Spolehlivost, samostatnost, trpělivost a vstřícné jednání.• Kvalifikační kurz pracovníka v sociálních službách výhodou; možnost doplnění dle dohody.CO NABÍZÍMENástupní hrubý plat včetně zvláštního příplatku: 32 420 Kč měsíčně.Po zkušební době možnost osobního příplatku 2 500 Kč – celkem 34 920 Kč hrubého měsíčně.• Plný úvazek; smlouva na dobu určitou s možností prodloužení na neurčito.• 5 týdnů dovolené, 3 dny sick days, stravenkový paušál 65 Kč za splněný pracovní den.• Příspěvek na penzijní připojištění nebo kartu výhod 3 600 Kč ročně.• Letní a vánoční odměny, možnost mimořádných odměn, vzdělávání a supervize.• Pracovní oblečení, obuv, telefon a dopravní prostředky pro práci v terénu.Místo výkonu práce: Trutnov | Nástup: ihned nebo dle dohodyMÁTE ZÁJEM?Pošlete životopis na uvedený email.
