Exigences :

Sens aigu du service : Excellent relationnel, courtoisie, présentation soignée et orientation satisfaction client. Intégrité et rigueur : Honnêteté irréprochable, aisance avec les chiffres et grande minutie dans la manipulation des flux financiers. Esprit d'équipe : Bonne capacité d'adaptation, entraide et excellente communication au sein d'une équipe dynamique. Flexibilité horaire : Disponibilité pour travailler selon un horaire d'équipe variable, intégrant les soirées, nuits, week-ends et jours fériés. Langues : Maîtrise du français (oral et écrit). L'allemand constitue un atout appréciable. Exigences légales : Casier judiciaire vierge et absence de poursuites.

Missions : Au quotidien, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la qualité de l'expérience client et l'excellence opérationnelle de l'établissement. Votre polyvalence s'articule autour de quatre piliers =

1. Accueil & Réception Clientèle Offrir un accueil personnalisé, professionnel et chaleureux à chaque visiteur dès son entrée. Effectuer les contrôles d'accès réglementaires (vérification des pièces d'identité, enregistrement). Informer la clientèle sur les activités, animations et règles de fonctionnement de l'établissement. 2. Gestion de la Caisse & Opérations Financières Assurer le change des devises, la délivrance et le traitement des jetons, billets et tickets de jeu. Gérer le coffre et les caisses annexes avec une précision exemplaire. Effectuer les comptages, équilibrages et rapprochements de caisse en fin de service. 3. Assistance aux Jeux & Animation en Salle Assister les clients dans la salle des machines à sous et des jeux de table (explications des règles, accompagnement dans l'utilisation des équipements). Intervenir pour les paiements de gains et veiller au bon approvisionnement des appareils. Contribuer à la convivialité et à l'ambiance dynamique au sein des espaces de jeu. 4. Sécurité, Réglementation & Conformité Veiller à l'application stricte de la Loi fédérale sur les jeux d'argent (LJAr). Contribuer activement aux mesures relatives à la Lutte contre le Blanchiment d'Argent (LBA). Appliquer rigoureusement le concept social (détection et prévention du jeu excessif, respect des interdictions de jeu).
