Afin de renforcer notre équipe, Nous recherchons un(e) :

Assistant(e) de gérance \- Immobilier commercial (ref : 327\) Pour accompagner notre développement et afin d'élargir notre équipe, nous recherchons de Gérance pour un portefeuille immobilier institutionnel composé d'immeubles de bureaux et industriels. ======================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================

Nous demandons : --------------------

  • Expérience confirmée dans l'assistanat de gérance indispensable,
  • De bonnes connaissances du droit du bail,
  • Une formation spécialisée dans le domaine Immobilier un atout (Immobase),
  • Une organisation structurée et rigoureuse,
  • Un sens du service orienté clients et diplomatie,
  • La maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels,
  • La parfaite maîtrise du français, écrit et parlé,
  • De bonnes connaissances de l'anglais.

Expériences et compétences : ----------------------------------

  • Gestion des demandes clients et des appels téléphoniques,
  • Établissement et suivi administratif des baux à loyer, avenants, résiliations, garanties bancaires et autres documents contractuels ;
  • Rédaction de courriers et e\-mails, de manière autonome ou selon les directives des Gérants ;
  • Établissement et suivi des demandes de devis et des bons de travaux ;
  • Traitement des factures et refacturations ;
  • Suivi administratif des sinistres ;
  • Préparation des dossiers nécessaires aux visites techniques, états des lieux, expertise, etc. ;
  • Planification des séances, gestion des agendas et rédaction des procès\-verbaux ;
  • Archivage des documents dans l'outil de gestion immobilière : correspondances, contrats d'assurance et d'entretien, baux, convocations, procès\-verbaux, etc. ;
  • Soutien quotidien aux Gérants administratif et technique dans la gestion du portefeuille.
