About the Role

SOCi is seeking Senior Account Executives to drive new business across the mid-market and enterprise Property Management and Multifamily sectors. This new-logo sales role is ideal for a motivated, results-driven professional who understands the industry’s challenges and can align SOCi’s solutions with each prospect’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in complex sales and a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape.

How you will make an impact:

  • Drive new-logo acquisition across the mid-market and enterprise Property Management and Multifamily segments.
  • Build and leverage relationships with senior decision-makers, champions, and key influencers within property marketing teams.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining pipeline coverage of at least 3x quota.
  • Execute consistent outbound prospecting to generate qualified opportunities and expand territory coverage.
  • Lead value-based discovery focused on each prospect’s business objectives, KPIs, and growth priorities.
  • Partner closely with your SDR on account strategy, territory planning, and pipeline development.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity data, pipeline activity, and forecasts in Salesforce and Clari.
  • Provide clear weekly updates to leadership on pipeline health, deal progression, risks, and forecast.
  • Stay current on SOCi’s technology, services, market trends, and competitive landscape.

What You’ll Need to be Successful

  • Remote Opportunity: Ability to work 100% remotely
  • Must Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales or account management role within the SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing accounts in the property / multifamily vertical or a closely related industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to understand complex client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Be willing to adapt to changes in the job description as deemed necessary by the business and accept all other duties as assigned.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience.

SOCi expects the base salary and commissions (OTE) and benefits offered to be market competitive.The OTE range is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Upon posting, applications for this position will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
