Corsendonk Duinse Polders in Blankenberge zoekt een Front Office Manager die van elke aankomst een warme eerste indruk maakt.

Tussen de duinen, de polders en de Noordzee ontvangt Corsendonk Duinse Polders het hele jaar door vakantiegangers, gezinnen, groepen en zakelijke gasten voor meetings en events. Als Front Office Manager ben jij het gezicht van het hotel en de drijvende kracht achter het receptieteam. Je zorgt dat elke gast zich welkom voelt, van de eerste reservatie tot het afscheid.

Jouw functie

Je stuurt de volledige front office aan en bent verantwoordelijk voor gastbeleving, reservaties en de vlotte werking van de receptie.

- Leidinggeven aan het team

  • Je coacht, motiveert en ontwikkelt het receptieteam en geeft het goede voorbeeld aan de balie.
  • Je maakt de planning, bewaakt de bezetting en de personeelskost, en volgt verlof en prestaties op.
  • Je werft nieuwe collega's aan, werkt ze in en zorgt voor duidelijke procedures en opleidingen.

- Gastbeleving

  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte en persoonlijke check-in en check-out.
  • Je behandelt vragen, speciale wensen en klachten snel en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je volgt online reviews en gastenfeedback op en zet ze om in verbeteracties.

- Reservaties en revenue

  • Je beheert reservaties via het PMS en de boekingskanalen en bewaakt beschikbaarheid en tarieven.
  • Je denkt mee over bezetting, upselling en directe boekingen, in overleg met de hotelmanager.
  • Je behandelt groepsaanvragen en verzorgt de offertes en communicatie.

- Administratie en samenwerking

  • Je bewaakt kassa, facturatie, betalingen en dagafsluiting.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met housekeeping, F&B, technische dienst en het hoofdkantoor.
  • Je rapporteert aan de hotelmanager over KPI's zoals bezetting, gasttevredenheid en personeelskost.

Jouw profiel

Je bent een gastvrije leider die rust uitstraalt, ook op drukke wisseldagen.

  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in front office, waarvan bij voorkeur een deel als supervisor of teamleider.
  • Je hebt een bachelor in hotelmanagement of toerisme, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels; Duits is een plus.
  • Je werkt vlot met een PMS (Mews) en met booking engines en channel managers.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke coach die structuur brengt, duidelijk communiceert en zelf mee de handen uit de mouwen steekt.
  • Je bent cijfermatig sterk en houdt bezetting, omzet en personeelskost in het oog.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om ook in het weekend, op feestdagen en in de vakantieperiodes te werken.
