Projektingenieur Betonfertigteile (m/w/d), Münsingen

Bosch Beton, ein niederländisches Familienunternehmen und europäischer Marktführer für hochwertige Stützwandlösungen, errichtet in Münsingen sein erstes deutsches Werk. Dafür suchen wir dich als Projektingenieur Betonfertigteile, der technische Lösungen entwickelt und optimiert und die Planung, Konstruktion und Umsetzung großer Projekte sowie individueller Sonderlösungen begleitet.

Du erstellst konstruktive Berechnungen, prüfst Entwürfe, technische Zeichnungen und Kostenvoranschläge und stellst die Sicherheit und Stabilität der Konstruktionen sicher. Du überwachst Fortschritt, Planung und Qualität und berätst Projektleitung und Produktion hinsichtlich Durchführbarkeit und Kosteneffizienz. Dabei bist du regelmäßig in der Produktionshalle präsent, kontrollierst Betonfertigteile während der Herstellung und besprichst konstruktive Details mit den Produktionsmitarbeitenden.

Das Kernprofil beschreibt die Position als Seniorfunktion mit weitreichender fachlicher und personeller Verantwortung. Du leitest das Ingenieurteam, legst technische Prioritäten fest und begleitest die Auswahl, Einarbeitung und Entwicklung neuer Teammitglieder. Zudem wirkst du an der technischen Strategie, der Prozessoptimierung und im Innovationsteam mit. Du berichtest direkt an den Co CEO und arbeitest eng mit Projektleitung, Produktion und technischen Zeichnern zusammen.
