Introducerende forløb til social- og sundhedshjælperuddannelsen

Er du flersproget og har lyst til at gøre en forskel for ældre borgere?

Work in Healthcare (WiH) er et introduktionsforløb, der styrker dine sproglige og faglige kompetencer, så du kan kvalificere dig til at påbegynde social- og sundhedshjælperuddannelsen ved forløbets afslutning.

Målet er, at du efter forløbet er klar til optagelse på SOSU-hjælperuddannelsen.

I forløbet arbejder du målrettet med at styrke dine danskfaglige sprogkundskaber til et niveau svarende til 9. klasse og få viden om det danske arbejdsmarked, især inden for social- og sundhedsområdet. Du får samtidig mulighed for at afprøve jobbet som social- og sundhedshjælper i praksis.

Forventet opstart er i januar 2027 og forløbet vil være ca. 6 måneder. Det meste af forløbet foregår på SOSU Esbjerg, men du skal også i praktik på et plejehjem eller i hjemmeplejen.

  • Praktisk hjælp og støtte til ældre

Praktikperiodernes indhold

  • Prøve faget af i praksis. Her vil du komme til at se, hvordan man arbejder som social- og sundhedshjælper og få en fornemmelse af, om faget er noget for dig
  • Du arbejder ud fra nogle praktikmål, der kan hjælpe dig med at udvikle dig fagligt og sprogligt

Du har interesse for

  • at etablere og indgå i gode konstruktive relationer
  • at vise, at du kan arbejde med omsorg, personlige og praktiske opgaver
  • at udvise ansvarlighed og engagement
  • at arbejde med dig selv og udvikle dine personlige og sproglige kompetencer
  • læse- og lærelyst
  • som minimum at bestå danskprøve 2 – modul (4) 5 og at kunne føre en samtale på dansk
  • at træne dine dansksproglige kompetencer i din fritid

Du ansættes på Work in Healthcare i en integrations- og oplæringsstilling 37 timer pr. uge. Ansættelse er betinget af at du har en gyldig opholdstilladelse.
