Socotec Maroc, acteur majeur du contrôle technique, de l’inspection et de la certification pour le BTP, l’infrastructure et l’industrie, renforce son équipe Finance. Nous recrutons un(e) Chargé(e) de Recouvrement.

Description du poste

Rattaché(e) à l'agence de Casablanca, vous aurez pour mission de gérer et d’optimiser le recouvrement des créances clients.

Missions

  • Assurer le suivi des comptes clients et détecter les retards de paiement.
  • Relancer les clients (téléphone, mail, courrier) pour obtenir le règlement des factures échues.
  • Négocier des échéanciers de paiement en cas de difficulté de règlement.
  • Mettre en place des actions préventives pour réduire les impayés.
  • Suivre et gérer les litiges bloquant les règlements, en lien avec les équipes commerciales, comptables et juridiques.
  • Mettre à jour les tableaux de suivi du recouvrement et la balance âgée.
  • Proposer, si nécessaire, le passage en contentieux des créances impayées.

Qualifications

  • Formation Bac+2 / Bac+3 en comptabilité, gestion, finance ou équivalent.
  • Expérience confirmée (2 à 5 ans) en recouvrement ou comptabilité clients, idéalement dans un environnement BTP ou services.
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, ERP, logiciels de comptabilité).
  • Bonne capacité de négociation et gestion professionnelle des situations de tension.
  • Organisation, rigueur, réactivité et sens des responsabilités.
  • Bon relationnel, esprit d’équipe et aisance dans la communication écrite/orale.
  • Français courant
