Description du poste

En tant que Chef de groupe Sites et Sols Pollués expérimenté(e) basé en région Val de Loire, vous prenez en charge l'équipe Sites et Sols Pollués (5 personnes).

Véritable expert technique et manager reconnu, vous êtes le garant de la qualité et de la performance des missions tout en développant les activités de l’agence.

Vos missions principales :

Expertise technique

Réaliser et piloter des études historiques, diagnostics environnementaux (LEVE, INFO, DIAG) conformément à la méthodologie nationale, la norme AFNOR NFX 31-620 et notre certification LNE domaines A et B.

Organiser et superviser les investigations terrain (sol, eau, air), le suivi des travaux de dépollution et de réhabilitation.

Participer à l’élaboration de plans de gestion et d’assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage (AMO) dépollution.

Élaborer des offres techniques et commerciales adaptées aux besoins des clients.

Accompagner et conseiller les clients (industriels, acteurs de la construction, collectivités, …) et partenaires externes (administrations, laboratoires, …).

Management et ressources humaines

Piloter et animer votre équipe en collaboration avec la direction : recrutement, intégration, suivi, entretiens annuels, mobilité interne.

Veiller au respect de la politique RH de la BU et du Groupe.

Pilotage économique et commercial

Garantir la performance économique de votre périmètre : production, qualité, facturation, optimisation des plannings et cohérence des compétences.

Développer et fidéliser le portefeuille clients : réponses aux appels d’offres, gestion des contrats, relations clients, traitement des réclamations.

Qualité, sécurité et développement des compétences

Assurer le suivi des habilitations, qualifications et formations de votre équipe.

Déployer et animer la politique Qualité/Sécurité et participer aux audits internes.

Vous bénéficierez d'un salaire fixe ( 38 000 € - 44 000 € selon profil et expérience)

Qualifications

Vous disposez d’une expérience confirmée de plus de 10 ans minimum dans le domaine des sites et sols pollués, avec une reconnaissance en tant que superviseur.

Vous êtes un manager confirmé, capable de fédérer une équipe et de piloter des projets complexes.

Vous maîtrisez les normes et méthodologies en vigueur et avez un excellent sens du relationnel client.

Vous êtes orienté résultat, rigoureux(se) et proactif(ve).
