Description du poste

Rattaché(e) au Directeur Régional, vous prenez en charge le développement commercial, le management et la gestion de votre agence, véritable centre de profit autonome. Vous recrutez et motivez votre équipe pour l'amener à la réussite.

Notre agence, basée à La Défense, couvre le périmètre de Paris

Vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Gérer un centre de profit (préparation, suivi et contrôle budgétaire) et la gestion administrative de l'agence,
  • Vous garantirez le développement commercial et les objectifs de rentabilité,
  • Assurer le management RH, l'information et la communication interne,
  • Vous optimiserez l'organisation et le système qualité, vous déclinerez les objectifs et les enjeux définis par la Direction,
  • Vous garantirez le respect des procédures, la qualité et la politique définis par le groupe.

Qualifications

De formation BAC+2 à BAC+5, vous possédez une expérience de minimum 5 ans en tant que responsable d’agence et gestionnaire de centre de profit, de préférence en bureau de contrôle. Votre réseau professionnel sera un réel atout pour développer le portefeuille clients de l’agence.

Ce poste nécessite du leadership, le goût pour le challenge, d'excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et commerciales ainsi qu’une forte culture du service. Vos qualités relationnelles et commerciales sont des atouts essentiels pour développer votre business unit.

Le Directeur d'agence est le dirigeant et l'ambassadeur local de notre savoir-faire auprès des clients. En termes d'évolution, nous saurons vous proposer des opportunités adaptées à vos ambitions.

Votre capacité à fédérer des profils variés ainsi que votre goût du challenge seront des atouts essentiels à la réussite sur votre poste.
