Description du poste

Filiales du Groupe, Socotec Smart Solutions - Ascaudit Groupe conseillent et accompagnent leurs clients en ingénierie de spécialité sur 6 domaines clés : le transport vertical et horizontal, la structure, la sécurité incendie, l'accessibilité, la performance énergétique des bâtiments.

Notre objectif est de concevoir et de transformer les bâtiments pour les rendre plus performants.

Au travers de ces métiers, nous répondons aux besoins de nos clients par la réalisation d’audits, l’accompagnement en Maîtrise d’Œuvre (MOE) et en Assistance à Maîtrise d’ouvrage (AMO).

En tant qu'Ingénieur commercial H/F, vous intégrerez l'équipe Loire Atlantique. Rattaché au directeur commercial régional Grand Ouest, vous serez responsable de :

  • Suivi et développement de votre portefeuille Régional de clients
  • Intégration des nouveaux clients
  • Animation d'un réseau de prescripteurs (bureaux d’étude, architectes, bailleurs...) avec lesquels vous pourrez monter des groupements.
  • Répondre aux appels d’offres

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques et vous pourrez appuyer sur leurs compétences reconnues de nos clients.

Secteur : Ouest

Vous bénéficiez d'un salaire fixe annuel brut à partir 35 000 € à 50 000 € (selon profil) + primes

Qualifications

Issu(e) d’une formation technique ou commerciale et avec idéalement une première expérience de vente de prestations ou de produits dans le domaine du bâtiment/immobilier, vous cherchez une entreprise dynamique et à taille humaine qui vous donnera des perspectives de développement professionnel.

Une appétence technique est nécessaire pour le poste.

Curieux, autonome, à l’écoute de vos interlocuteurs, et aimant travailler en équipe, ce poste vous offrira pleinement l’opportunité d’exprimer votre potentiel au sein d’une équipe expérimentée et pleine de ressources !
