Description du poste

Vous serez rattaché(e) à la Directrice Technique de Socotec Environnement et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec une assistante de la Direction de la Performance.

Socotec Environnement propose une large gamme de missions d’accompagnement à ses clients dans le domaine de la santé, la sécurité et de l’Environnement. Pour mener à bien ces missions, nos intervenants s'appuient sur des modèles de documents (devis, rapports, comptes rendus…) mis à disposition sur l'intranet du groupe.

Dans le cadre des croissances externes de la BU Environnement, plusieurs nouvelles filiales ont rejoint le groupe. Un travail d'harmonisation des pratiques a été engagé, avec pour objectif de faire évoluer l'ensemble des modèles de documents utilisés par la BU vers la charte graphique du groupe SOCOTEC.

Rattaché(e) à la Direction Technique de Socotec Environnement et en collaboration étroite avec l'assistante de la Direction de la Performance, vous participerez activement à ce projet d'harmonisation :

  1. Analyser les modèles de documents existants (devis, rapports, comptes rendus…) utilisés pour les missions clients, soit une centaine de fichiers ;
  2. Appliquer la nouvelle charte graphique du groupe SOCOTEC à ces modèles ;
  3. Vérifier la conformité et la qualité des documents finalisés ;
  4. Communiquer sur l’avancement des travaux ;
  5. Diffuser les documents sur l’intranet.

Qualifications

En formation BAC +2, vous recherchez une entreprise pour un stage de 2 mois d’ici la fin de l’année.

Vous êtes dynamique, organisé(e), motivé(e) et rigoureux et vous maîtrisez parfaitement les outils informatiques : pack office et utilisation des styles de Word en particulier.
