Vi söker en flexibel och serviceinriktad medarbetare som blir en viktig resurs i vår dagliga serviceleverans. Rollen är bred och varierande. Ena dagen kan du stötta våra receptioner och växel, nästa dag kan du hjälpa till med andra serviceuppgifter där verksamheten behöver extra händer. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter: Bemanna och stötta receptioner vid behov Hantera inkommande samtal i växel Stötta vid frånvaro och arbetstoppar Hjälpa till med praktiska serviceuppgifter Ge stöd inom andra delar av verksamheten där behov uppstår

Vi söker dig som: Har ett genuint intresse för service och människor Är flexibel, prestigelös och lösningsorienterad Är självgående och ansvarstagande Har lätt för att snabbt sätta dig in i nya arbetsuppgifter Är strukturerad och pålitlig Kommunicerar professionellt på svenska och känner dig bekväm med engelska Har grundläggande vana av digitala arbetsverktyg Trygg i mötet med olika människor

Erfarenhet från reception, kundservice, växel eller liknande serviceverksamhet är meriterande. Som person För att trivas i rollen tror vi att du gillar när dagarna inte alltid ser likadana ut. Du är den som gärna kliver in när det behövs, hittar lösningar och bidrar till att både kollegor, kunder och besökare får ett professionellt bemötande. Stor vikt kommer läggas vid personlig lämplighet. Du blir en viktig del av vårt serviceteam – med varierande uppgifter där du behövs som mest.
