Voor een farmaceutische bedrijfssite in Geel zoeken we een collega die mee instaat voor het dagelijkse onderhoud van de werkruimtes. Een propere omgeving maakt immers deel uit van een goede werkomgeving.

Als Schoonmaakmedewerker (32,5u) in Geel zorg je ervoor dat medewerkers gebruik kunnen maken van verzorgde kantoren, nette sanitaire voorzieningen en opgeruimde gemeenschappelijke ruimtes. Je werkt volgens de geldende afspraken en zorgt ervoor dat de verschillende ruimtes klaar zijn voor dagelijks gebruik.

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Dagelijks onderhoud: Je houdt kantoorruimtes en werkplekken schoon en zorgt ervoor dat alles er verzorgd bij ligt.
  • Sanitaire voorzieningen: Je staat in voor de reiniging van toiletten en andere sanitaire ruimtes, met bijzondere aandacht voor hygiëne.
  • Gemeenschappelijke delen: Je neemt gangen, inkomhallen en andere gedeelde ruimtes onder handen, zodat ook deze netjes blijven.
  • Correct gebruik van materiaal: Je werkt met de geschikte schoonmaakproducten en zorgt ervoor dat je materiaal correct gebruikt en opbergt.
  • Veiligheidsbewustzijn: Je volgt een zero risk mindset en doet geen concessies op het gebied van veiligheid, zowel voor jezelf als voor je collega's, consumenten en klanten.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een gemotiveerde collega die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.

  • Je hebt ervaring in schoonmaak bij bedrijven.
  • Je werkt net en hygiënisch.
  • Fysiek werk schrikt jou niet af.
  • Gezien het uurrooster, is het belangrijk dat je eigen vervoer hebt om op het werk te geraken.
  • Je bent bereid om 32,5 uur per week te werken, van maandag tot en met vrijdag.
  • Je bent een teamplayer met een ‘One Team Approach'.
