Als Building Ambassador ondersteun je de FM Coordinator bij diverse administratieve en operationele taken, waaronder het beheer van de post, conciërgediensten, ondersteuning bij de organisatie van evenementen en ondersteuning bij het operationele beheer van FM-taken, zoals het beheer van bezoeken op de locaties en de planning van onderhoud en herstellingen.

  • Je communiceert duidelijk en vlot met de klant en vormt de schakel tussen de klant en de medewerkers
  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse administratieve opvolging: planning, bestellingen, voorraadbeheer en het gebruik van informaticatools, evenals de opvolging van campagnes (D&I, Sustainability, …)
  • Je staat in voor de operationele opvolging van de Soft Services (Cleaning, Reception, Events, Maintenance en Repair)
  • Je zorgt voor de operationele opvolging van het veiligheidsactieplan, risicoanalyses en toolboxmeetings
  • Je voert diverse administratieve taken uit: het centraliseren en opvolgen van gegevens, archivering, agendabeheer, interne en externe correspondentie, het beantwoorden van telefonische oproepen (extern en van interne klanten) en de opvolging met leveranciers
  • Je volgt een zero risk mindset en doet geen compromissen op het gebied van veiligheid. Of het nu gaat om jouw veiligheid, die van jouw collega’s, consumenten, klanten of een andere partij

Wij zijn op zoek naar het volgende profiel:

  • Een gelijkaardige ervaring; ervaring in Facility Management (FM) is een pluspunt
  • Je bent tweetalig: Engels en Nederlands of Engels en Frans, of je bent drietalig
  • Je bent klantgericht en biedt een kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening
  • Je kunt discreet en vertrouwelijk te werk gaan
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld
  • Je bent goed georganiseerd en hebt oog voor verbetering
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, ook wanneer het druk is
  • Je bent flexibel en dynamisch
  • Je hebt goede IT-vaardigheden en bent vertrouwd met Microsoft-programma’s (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Je bent een teamplayer en hebt een echte ‘one team’-mentaliteit
