Description du poste

**OBLIGATOIRE: Doit détenir une voiture** (vous devez avoir votre véhicule car l'accès au site est difficile en transport en commun).

Nous recherchons un(e) chef d’équipe en entretien ménager avec expérience pour un environnement de bureaux, tout en participant activement aux tâches.

Le chef d’équipe joue un rôle clé dans les opérations quotidiennes d’entretien ménager. Il participe directement aux travaux de nettoyage tout en assurant la coordination, l’encadrement et le soutien de l’équipe. Il veille au respect des normes de propreté, de qualité, de santé et de sécurité .

Vos responsabilités

  • Effectuer les tâches d’entretien ménager (bureaux, salles communes, sanitaires)
  • Vider les poubelles, le compost
  • Balayer, laver les planchers
  • Passer l'aspirateur sur les tapis
  • Laver les tapis
  • Buffer et cirer les planchers
  • Laver les murs des cuisines
  • Laver les vitres
  • Réapprovisionner les fournitures
  • Encadrer et soutenir l’équipe au quotidien sur le plancher.
  • Répartir le travail et assurer la qualité des services.
  • Former et accompagner les nouveaux employés.
  • Veiller au respect des normes de propreté, de santé et de sécurité.
  • Signaler toute situation problématique ou besoin opérationnel.
  • Assurer le suivi du travail effectué.
  • Toute autre tâche connexe se rapportant à l’entretien
  • Vous devrez utiliser correctement et en toute sécurité les produits chimiques de nettoyage selon les normes du fabricant et de Sodexo.

Qualifications

**OBLIGATOIRE: Doit détenir une voiture** (vous devez avoir votre véhicule car l'accès au site est difficile en transport en commun).

  • Expérience en entretien ménager et Chef d'équipe (OBLIGATOIRE)
  • Leadership, sens de l'organisation et autonomie
  • Fiabilité et souci du travail bien fait
  • Bonne capacité physique et esprit d’équipe
  • Expérience avec les machines approprié pour: Décaper, Cirer, lavage à pression, et autres (OBLIGATOIRE)
