Dispenser les soins d'hygiène, de confort et d'accompagnement dans le respect de la dignité de chacun·e. Veiller à la sécurité, au bien-être et à la qualité de vie des résident·e·s. Encourager et orienter les résident·e·s vers les activités favorisant leur autonomie et leur épanouissement. Assurer le suivi et la traçabilité des soins en tenant à jour le dossier du résident. Respecter les règles déontologiques, l'éthique professionnelle et la confidentialité des informations. Collaborer étroitement avec l'ensemble de l'équipe pluridisciplinaire dans un esprit d'entraide et de respect. Incarner au quotidien les valeurs de Sodexo : Esprit d'Équipe, Esprit de Service et Esprit de Progrès.Votre profil Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d'Aide-soignant·e reconnu au Luxembourg. Vous disposez de l'autorisation d'exercer sur le territoire luxembourgeois. Vous faites preuve d'empathie, de bienveillance et d'un réel intérêt pour l'accompagnement des personnes âgées. Vous appréciez le travail en équipe tout en faisant preuve d'autonomie dans vos missions. Vous maîtrisez le français et le luxembourgeois.
