Votre expertise culinaire et votre sens du service participent à créer des moments de plaisir et de convivialité qui font la différence au quotidien.Dans ce cadre, vous serez amené·e à:• Réaliser les préparations culinaires chaudes et froides dans le respect des fiches techniques.• Assurer la production et le dressage des plats avec soin et professionnalisme.• Veiller à la qualité gustative, nutritionnelle et visuelle des prestations.• Garantir le respect des normes d'hygiène, de sécurité alimentaire et des procédures HACCP.• Contrôler, réceptionner et ranger les marchandises.• Participer à l'organisation efficace de la cuisine et au bon fonctionnement du service.• Contribuer à une ambiance de travail positive et collaborative.• Mettre votre expertise au service d'une expérience de restauration attentive et humaine.Votre profil• Vous disposez idéalement d'une expérience réussie en tant que Chef·fe de Partie, Cuisinier·ère ou dans une fonction similaire.• Vous maîtrisez le français.• Vous êtes passionné·e par votre métier et attaché·e à la qualité des produits et des prestations.• Rigoureux·se, organisé·e et autonome, vous savez gérer les priorités.• Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et faites preuve d'un véritable sens du service.• Vous partagez des valeurs fortes : esprit de service, esprit d'équipe et esprit de progrès.
