Ce rôle hybride combine les missions de contrôle interne avec la gestion transversale de projets stratégiques et de transformation.Vous contribuez à renforcer notre dispositif de maîtrise des risques tout en pilotant des projets stratégiques visant à améliorer la performance de l'entreprise.Contrôle Interne (50%) :• Participer à la mise en œuvre et à l'amélioration continue du dispositif de contrôle interne de l'entreprise.• Réaliser les missions de contrôle définies dans le Plan de Contrôle Interne.• Assurer le suivi des plans d'action issus des contrôles et audits jusqu'à leur clôture.• Contribuer à la formalisation et à la mise à jour des cartographies des risques.• Analyser les processus financiers et opérationnels afin d'identifier des opportunités d'amélioration.• Effectuer des missions d'audit sur nos différents sites et activités.• Veiller à l'application des procédures internes et proposer les adaptations nécessaires.• Développer une relation de confiance avec les parties prenantes et accompagner le changement.Project Management (50%) :• Participer au pilotage des projets stratégiques et transversaux depuis leur cadrage jusqu'à leur mise en œuvre.• Animer les comités de projet et assurer le suivi des plannings, budgets, risques et livrables.• Coordonner les différentes parties prenantes internes et externes.• Structurer les plans d'action, assurer leur exécution et mesurer les résultats obtenus.• Mettre en œuvre des méthodologies de gestion de projet et d'amélioration continue.• Produire des reportings réguliers à destination du Management et du Comité Exécutif.• Accompagner les équipes dans la conduite du changement et l'adoption de nouveaux processus, outils ou méthodes de travail.• Contribuer au développement de la culture projet au sein de l'organisation.Votre profil• Formation supérieure (Master ou équivalent) en Gestion, Finance, Audit, Contrôle Interne ou Management.• Minimum 3 années d'expérience en contrôle interne, audit, gestion des risques, conseil ou gestion de projets.• Une certification en gestion de projet (Prince2, PMP, Agile, Scrum ou équivalent) constitue un atout.• Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de résolution de problèmes.• Très bonnes compétences rédactionnelles et capacité à communiquer avec des interlocuteurs de tous niveaux.• Autonome, organisé(e) et orienté(e) résultats.• Excellent relationnel et capacité à fédérer des équipes pluridisciplinaires.• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais indispensable.
