Votre journée sera rythmée par des missions variées qui allient gestion des équipes, suivi technique, administration RH et relation client.Vos talents seront mis à contribution pour réaliser les tâches suivantes:• Administration RH: Planification des horaires, répartition des tâches, suivi des absences, congés et maladies, encadrement et formation des nouveaux collaborateur·rice·s.• Supervision technique: Contrôle et maintenance des équipements et installations.• Organisation opérationnelle: Répartition des tâches selon la charge de travail, contrôle de la bonne application des processus internes.• Contrôle qualité et sécurité: Vérification dans les différents points de distribution, suivi des points RH (formation, sécurité au travail, EPI).• Relation client et inter-prestataire: Communication fluide avec les clients et prestataires pour garantir la satisfaction.• Reporting et suivi: Transmission des données de fin de mois (suivi des consommations, SLA...).Votre profil• Expertise solide dans la restauration collective, avec une vision opérationnelle et stratégique.• Leadership affirmé: encadrement, formation et accompagnement des équipes dans le respect et la rigueur.• Management reconnu: capacité à fédérer, motiver et transmettre le savoir-faire au quotidien.• Orientation client et amélioration continue: garantir la qualité de service et optimiser les processus.• Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des systèmes de planification.• Esprit analytique et sens de l'organisation pour piloter efficacement les opérations.Notre offre• Contrat: CDI, 40h/semaine.• Horaires: Flexible, à répartir entre 6h00 et 21h00 du lundi au dimanche (2 weekend par mois).• Véhicule de service.• Environnement: Un cadre de travail dynamique et des responsabilités vous permettant d'évoluer professionnellement.• Engagement: Un employeur soucieux de l'équilibre entre vie professionnelle et personnelle.• Évolution: Un groupe international en pleine croissance, qui vous permet d'exercer une fonction diversifiée susceptible d'évoluer selon vos compétences et votre motivation.Besoin d'un accompagnement pendant votre candidature ou votre entretien?Notre équipe recrutement est à votre disposition pour vous aider.
