Stellennummer 5795 eine Premium Lounge am Standort Zürich Flughafen CH\-8058 \- Geringfügige Beschäftigung

Das sind deine Aufgaben

  • Herstellung und Zubereitung der kalten, warmen und Dessert\-Speisen nach exakt vorgegebener Rezeptur
  • Anrichten der Speisen auf dem Buffet
  • Verantwortungsvoller, sorgsamer Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und Arbeitsmitteln
  • Mise en place
  • Fachgerechte Einlagerung der Lebensmittel in die verschiedenen Kühlräume
  • Tägliche und wöchentliche Reinigungsarbeiten gemäss Reinigungsplan
  • Täglicher Austausch/Feedback mit Supervisor
  • Gewährleistung von Sauberkeit und Durchführung der Hygienestandards in der Küche, den Kühlhäusern und den Lagerräumen
  • Die Premium Lounge hat eine 7\-Tage Woche
