Entreprise à taille humaine, notre société conjugue la proximité d’une organisation agile avec les exigences d’un groupe structuré. Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre Direction Administrative et Financière, nous recherchons un(e) Comptable Fournisseurs Junior pour former un binôme avec le/la Comptable Fournisseurs Senior.

Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Comptable Adjointe, et sous la supervision de la Responsable Comptable et Administrative , vous intégrerez une équipe dynamique de 7 personnes. En binôme avec une comptable fournisseur junior, vous serez l’interlocuteur(trice) principal(e) des fournisseurs et en lien avec les différents services internes.

Vos missions, susceptibles d’évoluer, incluent notamment :

- Collecte des factures d’achats : point de contact privilégié des fournisseurs, édition sur les plateformes en ligne, contact avec les différents services ;

- Saisie des factures sur notre outil de dématérialisation ;

- Lettrage régulier des comptes fournisseurs ;

- Préparation des paiements : 2 campagnes par mois ;

- Gestion et suivi des paiements d’acomptes et proforma ;

- Analyse régulière de la balance auxiliaire et suivi de l’apurement des factures ;

- Suivi des relances ;

- Imputation analytique des factures en lien avec les services concernés ;

- Participation aux clôtures mensuelles (écritures de cut-off) ;

- Déclaration d’Echanges de Biens à l’Introduction ;

- Gestion des Notes de Frais ;

- Archivage occasionnel (la presque totalité des documents sont dématérialisés).

Profil Recherché

De formation Bac+3 minimum en comptabilité (BTS, DCG…), vous justifiez de 5 à 7 ans d’expérience en comptabilité fournisseurs, en entreprise ou en cabinet, et vous souhaitez vous investir dans une marque en plein développement avec une forte culture d’entreprise.

Vous maîtrisez les outils comptables et êtes à l’aise sur Excel et en anglais. Vous avez une bonne connaissance des normes comptables françaises. Une expérience dans le retail est un plus, ainsi que des outils Cegid.

Rigoureux(se), autonome et organisé(e), vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre esprit d’équipe, vos qualités relationnelles et votre fiabilité.
