Description du poste :

Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Comptable adjointe, et sous la supervision de la Responsable Comptable et Administrative, vous intégrerez une équipe dynamique de 7 personnes. Vous serez en interaction régulière avec les différents services internes ainsi qu’avec les boutiques de notre réseau retail.

Vos missions, susceptibles d’évoluer, incluent notamment :

  • Suivi de la comptabilité des boutiques et du site Web : intégration des ventes, vérification des encaissements et lettrage. Vous réaliserez les rapprochements entre ventes et encaissements pour chaque mode de règlement (prestataires de paiement en ligne, cartes bancaires, cartes cadeaux, etc.), analyserez les écarts et en assurerez la justification.
  • Réalisation des rapprochements bancaires et suivi des flux de trésorerie (caisses, cartes bancaires, titres-restaurants, etc.)
  • Suivi des emprunts
  • Intégration mensuelle des écritures de paie
  • Réalisation du lettrage des comptes, cadrage et dénouement des écritures de paie et des charges sociales
  • Etablissement des déclarations Agessa et Maison des Artistes
  • Refacturations filiales
  • Gestion des immobilisations
  • Préparation des déclarations fiscales courantes (CVAE, CFE, TVS) et parafiscales (DEFI, taxe sur la joaillerie)
  • Contribution active aux clôtures mensuelles et annuelles
  • Participation aux projets transverses de la direction financière : mise en place de nouveaux outils, optimisation et automatisation des processus comptables (fiabilisation des rapprochements, réduction des traitements manuels), évolution du périmètre comptable, etc.

Profil Recherché

De formation Bac+3 minimum en comptabilité (BTS, DCG…), vous justifiez de 3 ans minimum d’expérience dans les métiers de la comptabilité, en entreprise ou en cabinet, et vous souhaitez vous investir dans une marque en plein développement avec une forte culture d’entreprise.

Vous maîtrisez les outils comptables et êtes à l’aise sur Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, RECHERCHEV, formules avancées) et avez le goût de l’automatisation. Vous avez une bonne connaissance des normes comptables françaises et avez un bon niveau d’anglais. Une expérience dans le retail est un plus, ainsi que des outils Cegid.

Rigoureux(se), autonome et organisé(e), vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre esprit d’équipe, vos qualités relationnelles et votre fiabilité.
