Your main responsibilities :

  • Define and evolve the organization's performance testing and performance engineering strategy.
  • Design and execute proactive performance assessments across database, API, application, and UI layers to identify risks and bottlenecks before they impact users.
  • Lead root cause analysis of complex performance issues and provide architectural recommendations to improve system efficiency.
  • Design, oversee, and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing to validate platform resilience.
  • Establish performance standards, benchmarks, and non-functional requirements for products and releases.
  • Guide development teams on performance best practices, code optimization, observability, and scalable architecture design.
  • Collaborate with product, development, cloud operations, and customer support teams to ensure performance considerations are embedded throughout the software lifecycle.
  • Support customers and internal stakeholders in diagnosing and resolving business-critical performance challenges.
  • Manage and continuously improve performance testing environments, tooling, and monitoring capabilities.
  • Analyze, optimize, and govern batch processing workloads to maximize stability, throughput, and resource utilization.
  • Mentor colleagues and promote a culture of performance engineering excellence across the organization.

What you'll bring...

You have a passion for solving complex performance challenges and improving software efficiency, combined with a critical and analytical mindset.

Must have :

  • Hands-on experience with DB, API, and UI performance testing & optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills for identifying bottlenecks.
  • Accuracy and diligence in fine-tuning complex systems.
  • Collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong communication for translating performance insights.
  • Eagerness for continuous learning.
  • Experience in tools like JMeter, K6, Dynatrace, … is essential.
  • ISTQB CTFL 4.0 certification mandatory, ISTQB CT-PT certification recommended

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
