Sofieskolens dagafdeling søger en pædagogmedhjælper til en tidsbegrænset stilling 37 timer ugentligt frem til den 31. august 2027.

Sofieskolen er en behandlingsinstitution for børn og unge med autismespektrumforstyrrelser. På dagafdelingen i Bagsværd har vi ca. 50 børn, fordelt på en afdeling med integreret skole- og fritidsordning samt en børnehaveafdeling.

Arbejdstiden ligger fra mandag til fredag inden for tidsrummet 8.00-16.30.

Det daglige arbejde er organiseret i små klasser med 1-4 børn. Pædagogmedhjælpere på Sofieskolens dagafdeling kan både have faste timer i udvalgte forløb over ugen samt indgå i vikarteamet og vil dermed kunne indgå i alle enheder.

Børnene på Sofieskolen er meget forskellige, idet der er et spænd fra børn uden aktivt sprog, som skal støttes i næsten alle funktioner, til næsten normalt begavede børn med autisme. De har dog alle et tydeligt behov for en særligt individualiseret tilgang og pædagogik.

På Sofieskolen arbejder vi i en struktureret hverdag, hvor visualisering og organisering er en essentiel del af skoledagen. Tålmodighed er en væsentlig forudsætning, og i dagligdagen indgår man i et tæt tværfagligt samarbejde med lærere og pædagoger.
