Architekt/ka IT (.NET / Modernizacja Systemów / Transformacja Architektury)

Szukamy Architekta / Architektki IT, który/a pomoże nam przeprowadzić kluczową transformację technologiczną systemów naszego klienta. To rola dla osoby, która potrafi połączyć myślenie strategiczne z praktycznym doświadczeniem architektonicznym — od diagnozy długu technologicznego, przez zaprojektowanie architektury docelowej, po wsparcie zespołów w realizacji zmian.

Jednym z głównych wyzwań będzie modernizacja istniejących systemów opartych o legacy stack (.NET Framework) i stopniowa transformacja w kierunku nowoczesnej, skalowalnej architektury opartej o aktualne technologie .NET, integracje API oraz architekturę modularną / mikroserwisową tam, gdzie ma to uzasadnienie biznesowe.

Twój zakres obowiązków:

  • Projektowanie architektury nowych oraz istniejących systemów (monolity, modular monolith, mikroserwisy, API-first).
  • Opracowanie strategii wyjścia z długu technologicznego i prowadzenie inicjatyw modernizacyjnych.
  • Analiza istniejących systemów legacy i definiowanie roadmapy transformacji architektonicznej.
  • Prowadzenie procesów refaktoryzacji, modularizacji oraz migracji technologicznych.
  • Projektowanie architektury docelowej dla systemów modernizowanych z .NET Framework do nowoczesnego ekosystemu .NET.
  • Tworzenie dokumentacji architektonicznej.
  • Projektowanie i standaryzacja integracji systemowych.
  • Udział w projektach IT jako ekspert technologiczny i partner dla biznesu.
  • Rekomendowanie technologii i podejść architektonicznych z uwzględnieniem time-to-market, kosztów utrzymania, bezpieczeństwa i skalowalności.
  • Wspieranie zespołów developerskich w implementacji rozwiązań oraz mentoring techniczny.

Nasze wymagania:

  • Minimum kilkuletnie doświadczenie w roli Architekta IT / Solution Architect / Lead Developera z odpowiedzialnością architektoniczną.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość .NET Framework oraz nowoczesnego ekosystemu .NET (.NET 6+ / .NET 8+; mile widziane doświadczenie z kierunkiem .NET 10).
  • Praktyczne doświadczenie w pracy z systemami legacy oraz ich modernizacji.
  • Doświadczenie w transformacji monolitu (refaktoryzacja, strangler pattern, modularizacja, migracja do architektury rozproszonej).
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość relacyjnych baz danych i SQL (MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Doświadczenie w projektowaniu API (REST, SOAP; GraphQL mile widziany).
  • Zdolność tłumaczenia decyzji technicznych na język biznesu.Samodzielność, ownership i proaktywność w proponowaniu usprawnień.
