  • Du betreust arbeitsuchende Menschen und junge Menschen mit besonderen Problemlagen (Maßnahme nach §16k SGB II)
  • Du entwickelst individuelle Förderpläne und begleitest deren Umsetzung
  • Du unterstützt beim Abbau gesundheitlicher und psychosozialer
  • Hemmnisse
  • Du stärkst Selbstorganisation, Alltagsstruktur und Selbstwirksamkeit
  • Du entwickelst realistische berufliche Perspektiven und begleitest Bewerbungsprozesse
  • Du dokumentierst Fortschritte professionell und aussagekräftig
  • Du führst regelmäßige Rücksprachen mit Ansprechpartner:innen beim Jobcenter, um Ziele abzustimmen und Entwicklungen zu reflektieren
  • Du bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Coachingformate ein
  • Du bietest psychologische Begleitung an – z. B. Krisenintervention, Motivation, Stressbewältigung und Klärung eines therapeutischen Bedarfs – im Rahmen der Maßnahme (keine therapeutische Behandlung)

Dein Profil

  • Hochschulstudium der Psychologie (Master oder Diplom)
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Menschen in komplexen Lebenssituationen
  • Kenntnisse in psychosozialer Beratung, Gesundheitsförderung und Arbeitsmarktintegration
  • Digitale Kompetenz und die Fähigkeit, auch online vertrauensvolle Beziehungen aufzubauen
  • Klarheit, Empathie und die Fähigkeit, auch in herausfordernden Momenten Orientierung zu geben
  • Sicherheit im Umgang mit Ansprechpartner:innen beim Jobcenter und die Fähigkeit, professionell zu kommunizieren
  • Wenn noch keine einjährige Berufserfahrung vorliegt: Mentoring durch erfahrenes psychologisches Fachpersonal möglich
