Senior ServiceNow Developer

  1. We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, understand the overall ServiceNow architecture, and be capable of delivering end-to-end solutions from business requirements through to production deployment.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience Strong experience with CMDB Experience with ServiceNow Integrations (REST/SOAP/APIs) Strong JavaScript skills Experience with ITSM modules:Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Service Catalog Knowledge of Now Assist (preferred) Understanding of ServiceNow Architecture and end-to-end implementations Experience in troubleshooting and debugging Knowledge of Knowledge Management Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions Experience deploying changes into production Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills

  • Experience with complex integrations Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams Candidates from the Philippines are preferred for better time zone overlap, although candidates from other locations will also be considered.
