O modelo de trabalho é híbrido, com disponibilidade para viagens.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMapear países, instituições e oportunidades no setor público, com foco em Judiciário, Ministério Público e órgãos de governo.Prospectar e qualificar contas, mantendo um pipeline ativo por país.Identificar, credenciar e acompanhar parceiros locais, como integradores, revendas e consorciados.Apoiar a capacitação dos canais e monitorar suas metas e seu desempenho.Monitorar editais e processos de contratação pública, inclusive os financiados por organismos multilaterais.Coordenar a elaboração de propostas em conjunto com as áreas de produto, jurídico e financeiro.Conduzir reuniões, apresentações e demonstrações com clientes e parceiros.Manter CRM e forecast atualizados e reportar pipeline, riscos e resultados.Assegurar a transição estruturada dos contratos assinados para as equipes de entrega.Mentalidade digital, curiosidade por novas tecnologias e interesse em entender como a Inteligência Artificial pode transformar processos, experiências e resultados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em vendas consultivas B2B ou B2G de tecnologia, com ciclo de venda longo.Vivência em gestão de canais, parcerias ou alianças comerciais.Espanhol fluente para negociação, apresentações e redação de documentos formais.Conhecimento de processos de contratação pública.Domínio de CRM e de rotinas de gestão de pipeline.Formação superior completa.Disponibilidade para viagens nacionais e internacionais.Interesse em tecnologias de Inteligência Artificial: ferramentas, aplicações e conceitos.
