Overview:

SOFTSWISS is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to join our Game Aggregator team. You’ll support client operations and project configuration, working closely with clients and other Game Aggregator teams.

Game Aggregator:

The SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator is a high-load casino games API platform that connects operator platforms to multiple remote game servers via a single integration.

Behind the product is a team of engineers, DevOps specialists, integration experts, account managers, and partnership professionals who ensure reliable, secure, and scalable operations for operators worldwide. You'll solve complex technical challenges and help power one of the industry's leading aggregation platforms.

Purpose of the role:

You’ll support the setup and ongoing operation of client projects by processing requests, checking functionality, managing documentation, and communicating important changes to clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Process requests to enable new providers and currencies for the casino.
  • Check the functionality of newly enabled providers and currencies in the casino.
  • Collect required documents from clients and check that all necessary documents are provided according to the required list.
  • Perform technical configuration of new projects.
  • Prepare invoices and various reports for clients.
  • Communicate with clients and collaborate with other Game Aggregator teams.
  • Inform clients about important changes and monitor the implementation of these changes.

Required Experience:

  • Written and spoken English at B1–B2 level.
  • Written and spoken Russian at least B2 level.
  • Strong self-organisation, multitasking skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Ability to independently search for, analyse, and systematise information.
