  • Ensure employment records, documentation and HR system data are accurate and up to date
  • Coordinate employment operations across countries and legal entities, working with external providers on local requirements and employee changes
  • Advise employees and internal teams on employment arrangements, processes, policies, systems and documentation, involving external providers when needed

  • Familiarity with HRIS and ERP systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with confidence managing recurring deadlines and sensitive documentation
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to guide colleagues, explain processes and handle complex cases thoughtfully
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with Finance, employees, contractors, managers and external providers

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
