The posting

Les missions du Responsable Qualité sont :

  • Organiser et maintenir le système de management de la qualité et superviser sa déclinaison à tous les niveaux de l'entreprise
  • Définir et mettre en œuvre le plan de communication sur la politique et le programme qualité
  • Assurer la bonne compréhension et l'application des procédures et démarches qualité à travers les formations et l'assistance méthodologique
  • Identifier et analyser les problèmes qualité et proposer des actions correctives
  • Promouvoir les plans d'amélioration de la performance, la culture d'amélioration continue et les meilleures pratiques auprès des collaborateurs
  • Définir et suivre les outils de gestion de la qualité (système documentaire, indicateurs…)
  • Assurer la veille normative et réglementaire
  • Préparer les démarches de certification ou d’accréditation spécifiques (ISO 9001)
  • Participer à l'implémentation du système de management de la qualité fournisseur
  • Organiser et superviser des audits qualité internes et externes **Remplacement de congé de maternité, CDD de 6 mois renouvelable, entrée en fonction souhaitée : 1er décembre**

Requirements

Compétences techniques

  • Connaitre les méthodes et les outils propres à la Qualité.
  • Connaître les normes, standards et procédures Qualité
  • Mettre en place et piloter le dispositif de contrôle du respect des procédures et des méthodes d’assurance qualité (plan d'audit, formation, …)
  • Piloter des projets de certification

Aptitudes professionnelles

  • Autonomie
  • Organisation et rigueur
  • Capacité d’adaptation à un environnement multi-entités et multi métiers.
  • Être force de proposition
  • Capacité de communication et d’animation
  • Maitrise de l’anglais niveau professionnel
