The posting

Dans le cadre de nos activités, nous recherchons un Technicien Méthodes / Industrialisation (H/F) pour accompagner nos équipes dans la préparation et l'optimisation des processus de fabrication.

Rattaché(e) à l'Ingénieur ou au Responsable Méthodes, vous intervenez à différentes étapes de l'industrialisation, en lien étroit avec les équipes techniques, la production et les partenaires externes.

Vos missions

À ce titre, vos principales missions seront :

  • Analyser les données d'entrée des études et vérifier leur cohérence technique.
  • Élaborer les dossiers industriels et réaliser les études détaillées en tenant compte des exigences de conception et de production.
  • Réaliser les plans de fabrication en fonction des procédés industriels retenus.
  • Rédiger les gammes de fabrication, de réparation ainsi que les documents d'industrialisation.
  • Participer aux études d'industrialisation : postes de travail, outillages, procédés de soudage et méthodes de contrôle.
  • Assurer le traitement des non-conformités et proposer des solutions adaptées.
  • Apporter un support technique aux équipes atelier, aux sous-traitants et aux fournisseurs.

Requirements

Issu(e) d'une formation Bac+2 à Bac+3 (BTS CPI, BTS CPRP, BUT GMP ou Licence Professionnelle en industrialisation), vous justifiez de connaissances en méthodes et industrialisation.

Vous maîtrisez idéalement CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX). La connaissance de DELMIA constitue un véritable atout.

Vous avez également des connaissances en procédés industriels tels que la chaudronnerie, le soudage, le montage ou l'usinage.

Au-delà de vos compétences techniques, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre pragmatisme et votre sens du détail. Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et les environnements techniques.
