ANALISTA DE CONSULTORIA FINANCEIRA

DESCRIÇÃO DA VAGA

Buscamos um(a) Analista de Consultoria Financeira para atuar em projetos que apoiam as decisões estratégicas de nossos clientes.

A pessoa será responsável por análises e rotinas relacionadas a fechamento contábil e gerencial, controladoria, FP&A, modelagem financeira e fluxo de caixa. Procuramos alguém com raciocínio analítico, organização, interesse genuíno por finanças e disposição para atuar próximo aos clientes em um ambiente internacional e colaborativo.

RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES

  • Elaborar e analisar demonstrações financeiras gerenciais, incluindo DRE, fluxo de caixa e indicadores de desempenho.
  • Apoiar processos de fechamento contábil e gerencial, assegurando a consistência entre realizado, orçamento e forecast.
  • Desenvolver e atualizar modelos financeiros para orçamento, projeções e planejamento financeiro.
  • Elaborar análises de variações entre realizado, orçamento e forecast, identificando riscos e oportunidades.
  • Monitorar indicadores financeiros e apoiar a construção de planos de ação.
  • Preparar apresentações executivas e relatórios gerenciais para clientes e liderança.
  • Participar de reuniões com clientes, apresentando análises e recomendações financeiras.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com as áreas de Contabilidade, Controladoria, Operações e demais stakeholders, garantindo a qualidade das informações financeiras.
  • Contribuir para projetos de melhoria de processos e eficiência financeira.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência em Controladoria, FP&A, Planejamento Financeiro, Consultoria Financeira ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Excel intermediário ou avançado.
  • Conhecimento na elaboração de análises financeiras e indicadores de desempenho.
  • Boa capacidade analítica e raciocínio lógico.
  • Perfil organizado, proativo e orientado à solução de problemas.
  • Facilidade de comunicação e relacionamento com clientes e diferentes áreas da empresa.

DIFERENCIAIS

  • Conhecimento em FP&A, Controladoria ou Contabilidade Gerencial.
  • Experiência com Power BI ou outras ferramentas de Business Intelligence.
  • Conhecimento em modelagem financeira.
  • Inglês intermediário ou avançado.
  • Conhecimento de espanhol ou italiano.
