Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 12 years of experience in Oracle EBS Projects to manage and optimize project financials and processes

Job Description

· Design configure and implement Oracle EBS Projects modules to support business requirements

· Analyze and optimize project costing billing and revenue recognition processes

· Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate Oracle EBS Projects with other financial and operational systems

· Provide expert guidance on Oracle EBS Projects functionalities and best practices

· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to project accounting and management

· Develop and maintain documentation related to Oracle EBS Projects configurations and processes

· Support upgrades patches and enhancements within the Oracle EBS Projects suite

· Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards in project financial management

Roles and Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle EBS Projects modules

· Conduct requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical solutions

· Provide training and mentorship to junior team members on Oracle EBS Projects functionalities

· Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate project budgeting forecasting and reporting

· Perform data analysis and generate reports to support project financial decision making.

· Manage issue resolution and coordinate with Oracle support for critical incidents.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and system usage.

Participate in audits and ensure adherence to compliance requirements related to project accounting
