Resumen: el agente de seguridad es responsable de la seguridad de nuestro personal, socios, invitados y clientes durante todo el tiempo que pasen con nosotros, apoyando al equipo de Gerencia cuando sea necesario

Responsabilidades:

  1. Responsable del cuidado de los huéspedes del hotel durante toda su visita.
  2. Garantizar el cumplimiento de los sistemas de información de la empresa.
  3. Garantizar el cumplimiento de todas las políticas, normas y leyes locales del hotel.
  4. Seguridad de los clientes, empleados y bienes del hotel
  5. Realizar recorridos minuciosos y frecuentes por el hotel siguiendo las listas de comprobación diarias de las áreas específicas del hotel que deben supervisarse.
  6. Completar un informe diario de seguridad de todos los incidentes, problemas de seguridad y asuntos que requieran atención. Incluya todos los incidentes en los que los huéspedes hayan necesitado asistencia médica, pérdida o daño de objetos personales, disturbios, desalojos, intrusión, merodeo, peleas, ayuda con las llaves para entrar en una habitación. También deben incluirse todos los incidentes relacionados con molestias de los empleados, alarmas de incendio, llamadas al 911 o a los departamentos de policía / bomberos, cortes de electricidad, amenazas de bomba...
  7. Embajador y protector de la marca. Guardián de la marca y de la cultura de la empresa en todos los niveles de la empresa, en las áreas internas y externas.
  8. Desarrolla relaciones con los huéspedes para ofrecerles un servicio personalizado. Se asegura de que tratamos a nuestros huéspedes como si estuvieran en nuestra propia casa.
  9. Resolver las quejas de los huéspedes utilizando los canales adecuados, tratando todas las interacciones con los huéspedes con el máximo nivel de hospitalidad y profesionalidad, atendiendo las peticiones especiales siempre que sea posible. Responde a las peticiones de los huéspedes de manera precisa y oportuna, creando un resultado positivo que dará lugar a una experiencia memorable.
  10. Realiza otras tareas asignadas por el supervisor o Gerente.

Habilidades y Requisitos:

  • 1 Año de experiencia verificable en seguridad.
  • Preferible, pero no obligatorio, experiencia previa en seguridad hotelera.
  • Debe ser capaz de permanecer de pie, patrullar y trabajar al aire libre si es necesario.
  • Capacidad eficaz de organización y comunicación verbal
  • Capaz de hablar con eficacia ante grupos de clientes y empleados del hotel.
  • Debe ser muy organizado, eficiente y detallista.
  • Debe tener excelentes aptitudes para las relaciones interpersonales.
  • Debe ser capaz de realizar actividades físicas
