No Soho House, o Barback é responsável por auxiliar os bartenders a prestar um serviço de qualidade a todos os hóspedes que vêm ao Soho House. Como Barback, você criará eficiência atrás do bar, garantindo que todos os itens estejam estocados e facilmente acessíveis para acesso rápido e entrega aos hóspedes. O Barback é responsável pela limpeza do bar, preparação de guarnições, garantia de que o bar esteja bem abastecido com guardanapos, gelo, canudos, copos, guarnições e todas as outras necessidades, além de assumir outras tarefas para apoiar os bartenders e garantir que o bar funcione sem problemas.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Manutenção do bar e apoio à equipe do bar para garantir que todos os hóspedes tenham uma experiência positiva e inesquecível
  • Auxiliar os bartenders e a equipe de gerência a manter a apresentação e a acessibilidade dos bares para os clientes
  • Abastecer o(s) bar(es) com bebidas alcoólicas, incluindo spirts, licores, vinho, cerveja, guarnições e misturas para drinques
  • Abasteça o(s) bar(es) com bebidas não alcoólicas, incluindo refrigerantes, sucos e dióxido de carbono nos bares
  • Estocar a sala de bebidas com todos os suprimentos, incluindo bebidas alcoólicas, cerveja, vinho, produtos secos, refrigerantes, etc.
  • Manter a limpeza das salas de bebidas, dos refrigeradores de cerveja e dos bares, incluindo varrer, limpar, remover o lixo, etc.
  • Assegurar que todos os eventos/funções de membros, convidados e privados estejam preparados para o volume antecipado e os níveis de negócios previstos, incluindo o estoque de bebidas alcoólicas e não alcoólicas e produtos de papel
  • Reabastecer os artigos de papel (ou seja, copos, guardanapos, etc.) nos bares
  • Ajudar com o inventário e aconselhar sobre as áreas que exigem reabastecimento por meio de pedidos de compra
  • Executa outras tarefas conforme atribuídas pelo supervisor/gerente

Experiência necessária

  • Mais de um ano trabalhando em operações de alimentos e bebidas ou com vontade de aprender e paixão por entregar resultados
  • Capacidade de entender e seguir instruções escritas e verbais
  • Orientado para os detalhes e com bom desempenho em um ambiente de ritmo acelerado
  • Habilidades básicas de comunicação verbal.
  • Capacidade de realizar várias tarefas, trabalhar e trabalhar bem sob pressão.
