Ésta es una gran oportunidad para unirte a nuestro equipo, pues estamos en pleno proceso de expansión internacional, abriendo nuevas Houses y Restaurantes.

El Rol…

Buscamos un/a chef de partida para realzar la experiencia culinaria que ofrecemos a nuestros miembros a través de una carta de platos internacionales y especialidades del Chef Ejecutivo.

Tendrás un papel clave en la satisfacción del cliente y tu objetivo será fidelizar a nuestra clientela y garantizar el prestigio gastronómico de nuestro establecimiento.

Principales responsabilidades...

  • Preparar los menús en colaboración con el Chef Ejecutivo y el Sous-Chef
  • Asegurar el abastecimiento y la correcta gestión de los stocks
  • Preparar diariamente la mise en place de los ingredientes
  • Ser propositivo/a y participar en la elaboración de la carta junto con el Chef Ejecutivo y el Sous-Chef
  • Dominar los tiempos de cocción y las recetas para trabajar de forma óptima
  • Conocer y cumplir las normas y reglamentos en materia de higiene y seguridad alimentaria
  • Cooperar con los equipos de sala
  • Supervisar a los ayudantes de cocina y demostrar espíritu de equipo

Qué estamos buscando...

Experiencia previa como chef de partida o en un puesto similar

Excelente dominio y conocimiento de los métodos de cocción, los productos y los equipos

Pasión por la gastronomía

Capacidad para realizar varias tareas y trabajar en equipo

Titulación en una escuela de hostelería y restauración (valorable)
