The posting

Nous recherchons un(e) équipier(e) polyvalente) pour rejoindre notre équipe et fournir un excellent service à notre clientèle. Les missions principales comprennent la propreté des lieux publics (étages, couloirs, points de vente restauration, espace fitness, espaces de service etc.). Ces espaces doivent être propres et accueillants à tout moment. Vous répondrez également aux questions de la clientèle sur les services de l’établissement. Vous contribuerez à garantir à nos clients un service de haute qualité. Vous travaillerez en équipe et en autonomie. Si vous souhaitez acquérir de l'expérience en hébergement et apprendre à offrir un service d’excellence, nous aimerions vous rencontrer.

Vos missions :

  • Assurer le nettoyage des espaces publics: étages, couloirs, points de vente restauration, espace fitness, espaces de service
  • Signaler les problèmes techniques et les interventions de maintenance
  • Répondre aux questions des clients sur les services de l’hôtel, les services supplémentaires
  • Connaître et suivre les normes et règles en matière d’hygiène et de sécurité
  • Coopérer avec les équipes de l’établissement (réception, technique, restauration)
  • Travailler en équipe et en autonomie

Profil :

  • Avoir une expérience en tant qu’équipier est un plus
  • Maîtriser et connaissance des produits de nettoyage, de leur utilisation et des équipements fournis
  • Être capable à effectuer plusieurs tâches à un rythme soutenu
  • Travailler en équipe en respectant les standards de service
  • Être bien organisé(e)
  • Être diplômé(e) d’une école en hôtellerie-restauration est un plus
