Vous accompagnerez le Réceptionnaire marchandises au quotidien dans ses missions. Contrat à durée déterminée du 7 au 29 mai 2026.

DESCRIPTIF DE L'OFFRE

Participer à l'intégration des nouveaux comptes fournisseurs dans le logiciel S'assurer de la conformité avec la procédure Groupe dans la réception et vérification de marchandises, la gestion et sortie de stocks, la réalisation d'inventaire Prendre en charge les réquisitions jusqu’à la transmission des marchandises au bon département et la saisie dans le logiciel Adaco Création de bons de commande dans Adaco pour chaque département Enregistrer les bons de commande, les bons de livraison et les factures dans Adaco Établir les demandes d’achat et participer à la planification des livraisons Établir le suivi du logiciel de stocks des produits réceptionnés ou sortis Etre à l’écoute des besoins des départements, transmettre à sa hiérarchie toutes les demandes particulières ou réclamations Être en étroite collaboration avec les fournisseurs de Soho House faisant en faisant preuve d’intégrité Etre en charge de l’organisation, de la propreté, de la sécurité et de la sureté de l’économat et du quai de livraison Être en charge de la gestion globale des marchandises de l’établissement

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Avoir une première expérience en tant qu'économat, réceptionnaire marchandises ou similaire Polyvalence, rigueur et méthode Anticipation Esprit d’équipe Aisance avec les outils informatiques
