No Soho House, o lavador de louças (Dishwasher) é responsável por apoiar a operação geral, organizando e limpando a louça da cozinha, como panelas, frigideiras, talheres, louças, copos e equipamentos de cozinha. Os Dishwashers mantêm a limpeza e a ordem na cozinha, além de manter os pratos na área de armazenamento correta.

Um Dishwasher bem-sucedido concluirá proativamente tarefas como descartar lixo conforme necessário durante o turno, operar equipamentos de limpeza industrial, como a máquina de lavar louça, e, ocasionalmente, apoiar o Chef de Plantão.

Principais deveres

  • Enxaguar, limpar, organizar, estocar e manter a quantidade adequada de panelas, frigideiras, talheres, louças e copos para apoiar as operações diárias e os volumes de negócios
  • Aderir à política de saúde e segurança, bem como implementar, monitorar e reforçar a conformidade com todas as políticas, procedimentos e padrões da empresa e com as leis locais, estaduais e federais, conforme aplicável
  • Seguir listas de verificação e procedimentos operacionais padrão
  • Manter uma área de trabalho segura, limpa, organizada e abastecida
  • Participar de todos os treinamentos e reuniões obrigatórios, conforme necessário
  • Operar máquinas de limpeza industrial
  • Descartar o lixo, limpar a área, organizar louça suja e limpa, copos e talheres
  • Limitar a quebra, praticar o manuseio adequado e cuidar do estoque para a operação diária a fim de evitar perdas
  • Ser flexível em relação a quaisquer deveres ou tarefas que lhe forem solicitados
  • Estar disponível para ajudar e colaborar com outras estações, se solicitado ou necessário

Habilidades/qualificações necessárias

  • Mínimo de mais de 1 ano de experiência profissional consistente
  • Capacidade de se concentrar, organizar e priorizar em ambientes exigentes e de ritmo acelerado
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma rápida e eficiente, mantendo os padrões da empresa
  • Capacidade de reagir rapidamente quando confrontado com cenários incomuns.
  • Deve ter disponibilidade aberta e flexível para trabalhar à noite, nos fins de semana e feriados, conforme necessário
  • Membro positivo e influente da equipe
