The posting

Solace builds governed AI infrastructure for churches, denominations, and global ministries. We help faith leaders use AI in ways that are safe, trustworthy, and faithful to their mission.

We're not looking for a traditional account manager. We're looking for a hands-on, mission-driven builder who will work side by side with pastors and ministry teams to deploy Solace, configure it for their context, and make sure it actually changes how they serve their communities.

What you'll do

  • Lead onboarding and deployment for new ministry partners, from first call through live use
  • Design and configure AI workflows and assistants for each partner's needs and theological context
  • Train and equip pastors, staff, and volunteers to use Solace with confidence
  • Be the partner's trusted advisor, spotting new ways Solace can serve their ministry
  • Bring field insights back to our product team to shape what we build next
  • Track adoption and outcomes, and proactively fix what isn't working

Who you are

  • Energized by the intersection of faith and technology, and you see this work as a calling
  • Fluent in AI tools and workflows. You build with them daily, not just talk about them.
  • 2+ years in customer success, implementation, solutions, or ministry operations roles
  • A clear communicator who can explain technical ideas to non-technical leaders
  • Comfortable working independently and moving fast in a startup environment
  • Familiar with church or ministry environments (strongly preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
