Ensure the bar is fully stocked with necessary ingredients, garnishes, glassware, and equipment. Monitor the cleanliness of the bar, including floor areas, equipment, and storage spaces, throughout shifts. Keep track of bar inventory, including alcohol, mixers, and garnishes, and inform management when supplies are running low. Assist with restocking supplies and properly storing items.
