Ensures the safety of all the guests in and around the pool area. Responsible for maintaining pool cleanliness, Facility Hygiene, and water quality Respond to emergencies, including water rescues and administering CPR or First aid as needed Ensure guests wear appropriate swim attire Maintain personal fitness and rescue skills at audit-ready skills Perform other duties as assigned by the management Requirements Must be a strong swimmer with valid certifications in First Aid, Basic Life Support, and Rescue Techniques Has a current and valid level 1 professional lifeguarding Certificate or higher At least 1 year of experience in lifeguarding responsibility preferred Experience in Fitness or leisure industry is an advantage
