The posting

POSITION SUMMARY This role owns demand generation for Solaire Entertainment City. It leads end-to-end campaign development and brand management across the property, translating customer insights and market trends into products, offers, and integrated resort-wide experiences. It acts as the bridge between data and creative—turning analytics into offers, building campaign strategies that reach the right audience, and executing the creative and media that bring them to life. Scope spans every gaming and non-gaming pillar: Slots, Table Games, Hotel, F&B, Retail, and Entertainment, with local and regional reach as the business requires. The role partners directly with Gaming, Hotel Operations, F&B, Entertainment, PR, Creative, Media, and CRM to launch integrated, multi-touchpoint campaigns and thematic brand activations on time, on budget, and against pre-agreed KPIs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand development, customer segmentation, market sizing, data-driven decision-making, event management, and cross-functional collaboration. They should possess an exceptional creative instinct and the ability to evaluate and implement ideas that align with our brand identity. A strong command of the latest industry trends and best practices is crucial to this role. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Product Creation & Demand Generation Develop compelling offers, promotional products, services, and experiential packages anchored in deep customer insights and affluent market trends. Unify gaming and non-gaming offerings into cohesive, multi-pillar resort campaigns that elevate total brand equity and customer lifetime value. Campaign Strategy & Go-To-Market Execution Define target market segments, optimal channel mix, campaign calendars, and measurable KPIs to turn strategic offers into quantifiable demand. Direct end-to-end messaging development, creative asset creation, and content activation. Oversee advertising deployment and media placement across all relevant physical and digital touchpoints within set timelines and approved budgets. Campaign Management & Resort-Wide Launches Lead end-to-end marketing strategies, go-to-market execution, and branded partnerships for new slots/table games campaigns, resort-wide thematic launches, and high-profile events. Coordinate cross-functional squads spanning Analytics, Creative, Media, Digital, and Operations to execute seamless local and regional activations. Measurement, Performance & Optimization Track campaign performance, attribute spend, and run a structured test-and-learn loop to continually optimize conversions, foot traffic, and return on investment (ROI). Manage the brand resort marketing budget, ensuring strict expenditure alignment with enterprise revenue targets. Stakeholder Management & Team Leadership Partner directly with business unit leads across Gaming, Hotel, F&B, Retail, and Entertainment to drive cross-functional synergy and consistent brand expression. Mentor, motivate, and direct the Brand Marketing Manager and Supervisor, fostering operational rigor and creative excellence. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years in brand development and marketing strategy, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity. Demonstrated track record in the integrated resort, hospitality, luxury, or entertainment industries preferred. Proven ability to "speak data" with analytics/CRM teams while "speaking soul" with creative teams. Deep fluency in luxury brand management and the psychological drivers of the affluent market segment. Strong understanding of current trends, tools, and best practices in brand development, marketing, and customer acquisition. Hands-on experience leading agile, cross-functional squads and managing media and creative agency partnerships. A proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to navigate complex challenges and drive innovation. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop team members.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
