A missão do cargo de Enfermeiro de Intercorrência é realizar a triagem e avaliação inicial das intercorrências clínicas de pacientes em atendimento domiciliar, identificando a gravidade das situações e direcionando as condutas necessárias para garantir uma assistência segura, ágil e adequada às necessidades de cada paciente.

Principais atividades:

• Receber e realizar a triagem das notificações de intercorrências dos pacientes em atendimento domiciliar;

• Avaliar inicialmente as demandas, identificando a gravidade e a prioridade de cada situação;

• Prestar orientações e suporte por telefone ou teleatendimento a pacientes, familiares, cuidadores e técnicos de enfermagem;

• Orientar sobre os cuidados e procedimentos de enfermagem necessários, conforme avaliação e protocolos institucionais;

• Acionar os profissionais e serviços adequados conforme a gravidade da intercorrência, incluindo médicos plantonistas, enfermeiros de atendimento externo e serviços de Atendimento Pré-Hospitalar (APH);

• Registrar as intercorrências, avaliações e condutas adotadas no prontuário eletrônico do paciente;

• Acompanhar os casos atendidos, contribuindo para a continuidade do cuidado e a resolução das demandas.

Requisitos Indispensáveis

• Ensino superior completo em Enfermagem;

• Registro ativo no Conselho Regional de Enfermagem (COREN);

• Experiência assistencial em Enfermagem;

• Boa comunicação oral e escrita;

• Capacidade de avaliação clínica, priorização de demandas e tomada de decisão;

• Organização, agilidade e equilíbrio para lidar com situações de urgência.

Requisitos Desejáveis

• Pós-graduação em áreas assistenciais, como Urgência e Emergência ou Terapia Intensiva;

• Experiência em atendimento de urgência e emergência;

• Experiência em assistência domiciliar (Home Care);

• Vivência com triagem clínica, teleatendimento ou atendimento de intercorrências.
