Deine Rolle

Als Finanzbuchhalter\*in bist du die zentrale Ansprechperson für Buchhaltung, Löhne und Abschlüsse. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem CFO verantwortest du die gesamte Finanzbuchhaltung, vom Tagesgeschäft bis zum Jahresabschluss, und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Zahlen verlässlich sind. Gleichzeitig gestaltest du unsere Finanzprozesse aktiv mit und hilfst so, unser Wachstum auf ein solides Fundament zu stellen.

Was du bewegst

  • Du führst die Finanzbuchhaltung der Solar21 AG und ihrer Tochtergesellschaft, inklusive Hauptbuch, Lager\-, Debitoren\- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Du arbeitest beim Debitorenmanagement, Mahnwesen und Forderungsinkasso mit
  • Du erstellst die Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüsse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem CFO
  • Du erstellst die MWST\-Abrechnungen inkl. Umsatzabstimmungen und die jährliche Steuererklärung
  • Du verantwortest die Lohnbuchhaltung für über 20 Mitarbeitende, inklusive Sozialversicherungen (An\-/Abmeldungen, Mutationen, Lohnmeldungen) und der Abstimmung mit der Finanzbuchhaltung.
  • Du bist Ansprechperson für die externe Revision
  • Du optimierst laufend die Finanzprozesse in unserem ERP\-System Flectra in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem IT\-Team

Was du mitbringst

  • Mehrere Jahre Praxiserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung inkl. Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung, Weiterbildung im Bereich Buchhaltung/Controlling (bspw. Fachausweis im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen) von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in ERP\-Systemen und versiert mit MS\-Office. Erfahrung mit Odoo / Flectra als plus
  • Freude an Herausforderungen und der Arbeit in einem dynamischen, schnell wachsenden Umfeld mit einem hochmotivierten Team
  • Vernetzte Denkweise, lösungsorientiertes Handeln sowie selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
