The posting

Notre Direction Régionale Ouest recherche son(sa) futur(e) Gestionnaire Technique Immobilier Tertiaire F/H en CDI sur Nantes.

En trinôme avec un Property Manager et un Assistant, et sous la direction de la Directrice régionale, vous prendrez en charge la gestion technique d'immeubles tertiaires environ basés dans la région nantaise.

Les missions du poste

Missions techniques

- Visiter les immeubles et établir les rapports

- Mettre en place et vérifier la bonne exécution des prestations sous et hors contrat

- Vérifier la réception des contrôles réglementaires ainsi que la levée des réserves

- Participer à l'élaboration des plans pluriannuels de travaux

- Participer à la gestion des sinistres (assistances aux expertises et suivi)

- Respecter les analyses de risque pour chaque opération de maintenance

- Respecter les différentes normes (sécurité) et procédures internes

- Proposer toutes suggestions susceptibles d'améliorer les conditions de travail ainsi que le fonctionnement et la performance des équipements

- Petit travaux et aménagements : s'assurer de leur bonne réalisation

- Procéder aux états des lieux d'entrée et de sortie

- Assister aux réunions locataires des sites tertiaires complexes et établir les CR de réunions

Missions administratives

- Suivre l'entrée et la sortie des locataires

- Livrables selon la demande du client (CR de visite, renseigner fiche immeuble etc)

Méthodes

- Utiliser et promouvoir les outils mis en place par le client

- Renseigner les tableaux de bord mis en place

- Réaliser des audits et rapports trimestriels

- Déplacements sur la journée, 3/4 fois par semaine minimum

Le profil recherché

Idéalement issue d'une formation technique de type Bac +2 à Bac+5, vous bénéficiez au minimum de 3 années d'expérience professionnelle acquises dans un poste similaire ou en tant que technicien de maintenance, facility manager...

Ce poste est fait pour vous si vous vous reconnaissez dans les compétences suivantes : - Sens du travail en équipe : Vous savez travailler en étroite collaboration avec divers interlocuteurs (clients, prestataires, équipes internes) pour mener à bien les missions dans un environnement dynamique. - Rigueur et organisation : Vous faites preuve d'une grande rigueur dans la gestion et dans le suivi des dossiers. - Agilité et réactivité : Vous êtes capable de vous adapter rapidement aux changements et de résoudre efficacement les problèmes qui peuvent survenir dans la gestion quotidienne des biens.
