  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure accurate capture and storage of key data points.
  • Retrieve and aggregate data from multiple sources into actionable, digestible formats for leadership.
  • Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions to align data insights with business goals.
  • Build and maintain platforms to provide ad-hoc access to large datasets for operations teams.
  • Partner with leadership to set annual goals and track performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
  • Identify and drive process improvements and automation of manual workflows.
  • Contribute to reporting for Card Lending Services including data mapping, extraction, and analytics.
  • Recommend new metrics, techniques, and strategies to enhance targeting, reporting, and campaign measurement.

Key Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  2. 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a reporting/analytics role.
  3. Strong expertise in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
  4. Experience working with large datasets, data warehousing, and reporting automation.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  6. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — ability to translate data insights into business impact.
  7. Familiarity with financial services / card lending services reporting is a plus.

Other Requirements:

  1. A proactive self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  2. Passion for renewable energy, technology, and sustainability.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
