Unsere Stärke liegt in modernsten digitalen Prozessen, schneller Umsetzung und hoher technischer Qualität. Als zertifizierter Elektromeisterbetrieb stehen wir für zuverlässige, fachgerechte und sichere Installationen. Wir arbeiten regional, kundenorientiert und im engen Austausch mit führenden Herstellern.

Unser Ziel ist es, für unsere Kunden nachhaltige und wirtschaftliche Energiekonzepte zu schaffen und die Energiewende in Magdeburg aktiv voranzubringen.

Als Bürokauffrau /-mann (m/w/d) bist du die zentrale Anlaufstelle für alle eingehenden Kontakte am Firmenstandort (telefonisch und persönlicher Empfang) und verantwortest zusätzlich den vertrieblichen Ausbau des Bestandskundenstammes.

Deine Aufgaben im Detail:

Empfang & Telefonzentrale:

  • Persönlicher Empfang von Kunden am Standort; Bedienung des Anliegens je nach Thema
  • Entgegennahme aller Anrufe am Firmenfestnetz
  • Erfassung des Anliegens und Anlage/Pflege des Kontakts in HubSpot
  • Weiterleitung an die Setter bei Neukunden-/Verkaufsanfragen
  • Weiterleitung an die Projektleitung bei Reklamationen und technischen Themen

Bestandskundenbetreuung & Vertriebsinnendienst:

  • Nachfass-Anruf nach erfolgter Installation (Zufriedenheitsabfrage nach festem Leitfaden)
  • Turnusmäßiger Check-in-Anruf bei Bestandskunden: Zufriedenheit, Förderstatus, Empfehlungsanfrage,
  • Erweiterungsbedarf (z. B. Speicher, Wallbox)
  • Aktiver Verkauf und eigenständiger Abschluss von Wartungsverträgen (inkl. Vertragsversand)
  • Upselling bei Bestandskunden in Themenfeldern, in denen fachliche Sicherheit besteht; Erstellung der
  • zugehörigen Angebote
  • Einholen von Kundenbewertungen (z. B. Google) nach erfolgreichem Projektabschluss
  • Anforderung fehlender Dokumente bei Kunden (z. B. für Förderanträge, Verträge)

CRM & Dokumentation:

  • Laufende Pflege aller Kontakt- und Vorgangsdaten in HubSpot
  • Kategorisierung eingehender Anrufe (Neukunde, Bestandskunde, Reklamation, Sonstiges)
  • Anlage und Abarbeitung von Wiedervorlagen/Reminder für Nachfass- und Check-in-Anrufe

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Bürokauffrau/-mann, Kaufmann/-frau für

Büromanagement) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Sicheres, freundliches Auftreten am Telefon und im persönlichen Kundenkontakt

• Vertriebliches Talent bzw. Bereitschaft, aktiv zu verkaufen (Wartungsverträge, Upsell)

• Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

• Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen (HubSpot wünschenswert, aber erlernbar)

• Idealerweise Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder Vertriebsinnendienst
